Winter Is Fast Approaching!

Autumn is such a fantastic time of year. The weather is great, which is perfect for making us feel like getting out and about enjoying exercise and fresh air. And the nights are usually cooler making for a better nights sleep.

But what happens to a lot of us as winter approaches?...

We often lose our motivation as the mornings are getting darker and colder and it is more difficult to get out of bed. And by the time we finish our days work it has already started to get dark and the temperature starts to decline once again.
