Having a Personal Trainer beside you to demonstrate correct technique is invaluable. Mark  will ensure you are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximise results and avoid injury.  If you have an existing injury or condition, Mark can adapt exercises for you to enable you to still stay active and healthy.
