PERSONAL TRAINING VIA ZOOM

Mark has successfully adapted to the changing environment and now offers Online Personal Training via Zoom.

If you are someone who prefers to train at home, or you live in a remote area and cannot access a gym then this personalised service may suit you.

Perhaps in the colder months you may just prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home without having to travel anywhere.

These 45 minute Zoom sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals.

FITNESS PROGRAMS

Do you need a fitness program tailored to your specific needs?

As a certified trainer, Mark can create a fitness regime program tailored to your individual needs for use at your gym, your home or anywhere at all.  Types of programs can include:

  • Strength training

  • Cardiovascular training

  • Rehabilitation programs

  • Pre-season programs

  • Injury prevention

Included in your program fee is a 30 minute consultation with Mark.
