Hi, I'm Mark.
I am a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer who lives and breathes healthy eating and fitness and I always aim to be the best role model I can be for my family and friends.
For over 20 years I have trained, competed and successfully achieved in many sports including Aussie Rules Football, Cycling, Swimming, Triathlon, Half Ironman Challenges and Lawn Bowls. I am passionate about educating anyone with their health and fitness goals with real food choices and keeping active.
Not everyone is into living such an active lifestyle as myself but I would like to share my knowledge with those of you who want to either start getting involved in health and fitness as well as those of you that are already participating in some form of physical activity. I enjoy seeing clients achieve their goals and I personally get satisfaction from helping anyone to get that euphoric feeling of accomplishment after completing a workout, run etc.
I aim to provide strategies and information for clients to not only achieve short term goals but to gain a positive mindset enabling lifestyle changes for the future. I run group sessions to those in Shepparton and surrounding areas, morning classes located in the beautiful Boulevard Estate in Shepparton. A fantastic way to start anyone's day in the great outdoors with beautiful scenery and fresh air. I also provide indoor personal training for clients wanting one on one personalised programs or training.
